Very poor customer service. They were very quick to promise things and provide a schedule before payment. After payment I have had to call multiple times and wait on hold for over an hour just to be told that they mis-scheduled my delivery, and cannot confirm when the pod will be delivered. I had hired movers and booked flights around this POD being delivered when they said it would be, 5 days ago. I still have no idea where the POD is currently located. I will have to reschedule movers and flights out of my own pocket. I highly suggest going with any other service to move your belongings.

I moved here from Las Vegas and was told my things would arrive in Sparks in 10 days. The day of, I stayed at home all day thinking my container would arrive. I finally called around 4pm and they told me it was delayed due to technical issues. I had to cancel my movers the next day and they told me the container would be delivered the following Tuesday, June 17th. I waited and finally called and they claim there was still an issue and rescheduled it for Thursday, June 19th. Today arrived, a driver called and he can't find my container. Someone from packrat called and said it would be later in the day, so I wait around only to receive another call stating it was on the way, but would not be here until Monday the 23rd. Mind you, I have scheduled and canceled my movers 3 x's at this point! No

I am here just waiting for final pick up … supposed to be today between 16:30 to 20:30 … is 20:50 and no call from driver yet, they needed to pick up from storage… unless they show up in the next 30 seconds will be one more day lost, i called 2 times today to ensure the service but nothing helped… I am totally disappointed with this service 😤…do not use them

the moving = 4 stars. the billing = 0 stars. I was secretly overcharged 3 separate times. I won't ever use again. If you do, make sure everything is in writing and phone conversations are recorded. Keep documentation for 1 month after the move is completed.
