John (the Owner) came out personally to greet us, welcome us into the community, and did a thorough inspection of our entire Plumbing and HVAC systems including even the sewer system which is never inspected by standard inspection companies! John noticed a few areas of concern which we were able to use as leverage in negotiating an awesome deal on our new home! John, Andy, and Terry came back after we took possession to make the repairs and replacements per their initial inspections and they did an amazing job!
