I met the owner John who is hard working and an exceptional team leader. Maryann the customer support is wonderful and Terry is an excellent technician and they all are down to earth and have satisfactory work ethics . Thanks 🙏🏽 guys for always a job well done . I had two air grills added to my door that houses the HVAC in addition to an emergency electrical switch on the unit .

Timely, great communication and professional. Terry from JP came to our house on 2 occasions - one to fix a leaking joint, the other to fix a leaking shower pipe. Explained the needed work, provided options, explained the tradeoffs and left us in great shape. Didn’t try to do the expensive work before trying more cost effective, alternative solutions beforehand.
