Saw Bert’s ad on facebook so I commented on his post. I needed a price to power wash my house, which I normally do myself but this year I couldn’t. Bert was very communicative, explained everything he would do and showed up exactly when he said he would. The house came out great, took him 2 hours when it usually takes me 4 hours, money well spent! I will definitely be using Bert again especially if he has his yearly power wash special. On a side note, another company who saw my comment private messaged me saying Bert’s work would probably be bad compared to his work since his price was a little cheeper, that person who I will spare his name should focus more on his business instead of trolling around on facebook bashing others. When you hire a contractor one of the keys to me is responsiveness. Bert is highly responsive and communicative with regards to availability, price and scope of work. Once we scheduled a time and date, he exceeded expectation with great work and made excellent recommendations about what needed to be done. His power washing of the house, fencing and roof transformed my home and made it sparkle.
