My wife and I recently purchased our second property in Connecticut! I stumbled upon BBG in 2020! The owner came out to my home and assessed my project. He was very thorough with his estimate and provided me and My wife with all of the answers we needed! With this being our first rental property together in another state, at that time, especially during COVID!!!! we wanted to make sure we had the right company for our home. The Brandon sent us pictures throughout the entire project and made sure that everything was top notch. I had an issue with a broken drain pipe in my basement, and a toilet that wouldn’t stop running. Brandon came out shortly after I contacted him to assess the situation. He explained exactly what he was going to do to make both repairs. Brandon was on schedule, showing up exactly when he said he would. Not only was he both friendly and professional throughout the repairs, he did not mind answering all my questions; he made sure I understood everything that was happening. Brandon is a polite young man who knows his stuff. He cleaned up the grout and sealant around the tub and resealed the caulking around the fixtures and tub and stopped the leak. He also replaced some of the corrosive pipes in the basement and in doing so discovered a leak in the valve of the hot water tank. He works quickly and efficiently. A pleasure to do business with.
