This is an ongoing situation and I'm not sure how to get help. We had a fire 2 months ago and my contractor brought 1-800-Textiles of GA into it for emergency cleaning. We were told this was a courtesy. They said here, sign this work authorization so we can get your things back this week. We did. We told them, in front of our contractor, not to bother trying to save anything still in the house. This all happened the day after the fire. Once they brought back the emergency items, they said they were going to load the stuff a day or two later. Since we'd already told them not to bother saving anything, it sounded like just a thing that has to be done. Much to our surprise, weeks later, we get an invoice for $40k! We immediately disputed and this has been going on for weeks, now. I've request

DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY! My family endured a horrific house fire and the little items that were left we had this company clean. What was given back “clean” still had soot on them or holes burned into them. Other items were not returned at all. They claim the items were lost which is EXTREMELY unprofessional and upsetting. My family entrusted this company to help us after the worst incident in our lives and they help us by returning uncleaned items or they just don’t return them at all. And when questioned they won’t respond to emails. Needless to say if you ever need anything textile related restored I would hire a fry cook before this company.

Austin was great to work with. Im very satisfied with his customer service and integrity! Definitely recommend!!
