Making an appointment for the day and time that we needed was very easy. The communication from the time that we made the appointment to the time he showed up to do the repair/install installation was excellent. Andrew showed up on time and quickly did the dryer repair. Then we unexpectedly asked him to take a look at our dishwasher that was making a noise. We had purchased a new dishwasher, but had yet to have it installed because a prior installer said it was gonna be too difficult (huh ? ). Anyway, Andrew took a look at the old dishwasher and installed the new dishwasher in no time flat. Did an excellent job. We can’t say enough about this business. He even cleaned up the floor from the kitchen to the front door, even though there was practically no evidence of any floor debris. Sup

Andrew answered my call the first time I called and was able to show up same day and repair my dishwasher. He was SO professional, timely, kind, clean and super knowledgeable! He taught me some things about my dishwasher I didn’t even know. If you are looking for an appliance repair company please do yourself a favor and call this company. His pricing was fantastic also! My oven was not working and i called yesterday and Andrew was at my house 1st thing this morning. Andrew was friendly and knowledgeable. He actually had the part needed to fix my oven on his van. My repair was at a reasonably priced and he was here for less than 1 hour. I am very please with the service i received and very grateful to have my oven working again. I highly recommend Appliance Intelligence service and i will be personally will be happy to use them again. Thank you Andrew, job well done.

Wow! I couldn't be more pleased with Appliance Intelligence! We couldn't find anybody to come out for at least 6 days and I called him and the next day he came out between 4:00 and 6:00 exactly as he said and diagnose the problem with our dryer and fixed it within 30 minutes. We are so thankful for him. We appreciate his honesty and integrity.

Made an appointment online early in the morning and got an immediate text confirmation and personal message. Andrew came by about 2 hours later and resolved the problem with our oven. He had the part in his fully stocked van and fixed the oven in less than 30 minutes. Thanks so much for the quick response and I’m glad that we have found our go to appliance tech.
