Mark fully explained the needed repairs, what was covered under warranty and the office called me with the price quote promptly. They came on the coldest day of the year (so far) were able to keep my gas heat running during the repair and were finished within the expected time frame. He also offered good advice over potential future additions and changes to the system to incorporate more vents, etc. for the basement.

Glenn identified an issue with one of our HVAC units during a regular service. The parts were order and the unit was replaced the very next week. They have always provided great service for us. I've used them to install systems as well as service them. I try to schedule Todd whenever I call them. He does an outstanding job. I'd have no problem recommending them to anyone. Update on 7/17/23 - Had a few parts on one of our AC systems go bad and, once again, CoolTech took care of things. These last two years we have used CoolTech for AC repairs the service was excellent. We recently had to replace our 19 year old unit and once again received excellent service. The gentlemen that were here for the install were polite, professional and thorough. They walked me through what was done and reviewed the new thermostat settings with me. Everything was cleaned up nicely too. We received our warranty paperwork the following day. We’re cool again and happy with our new system. I highly recommend CoolTech!
