1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Appleton/Green Bay

I called them because I thought I had ground water damage in my totally finished basement. After they pulled everything apart to clean things up, they discovered it was a broken pipe in the ceiling. That was a blessing in disguise because since it was a broken pipe that caused the damage it was totally covered by insurance where ground water damage would not have been covered. All I had to pay for was a small plumbing charge. I can't thank Alex and Kurt enough for not only finding the actual problem, but also their excellent professionalism and hard work . I would highly recommend them to anyone with water damage

We called a few places to find help with our water damage, and we are very glad that we ended up going with 1800waterdamage. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Kurt and his son Alex helped us with all the information we would need to talk with our insurance and made time to answer any questions we had. Found out they also have experience helping towns around the country that were struck with natural disasters. I figured if they have helped people with some of the worst water damage possible, they can handle our problem. Very pleased I followed my instincts. Would definitely recommend these gentlemen.

I had a sprinkler break in my facility it was Christmas night I made the call to them and they was here less than an hour they were professional kind got all the water up tore down the ceiling the walls and a cleanup is outstanding
