I had a leak in my bathroom just before I was supposed to close on my house, and 1-800 WATER DAMAGE truly came to the rescue. What a fantastic company. Finding my hot water heater had broken and flooded my media room. I was in a panic. I called Chem Dry on Beltline Road in Garland and they immediately Dispatched technicians to my home. I couldn’t even get a plumber to come for four hours. Trent Taylor from Chem Dry showed up within 20 minutes with his crew and immediately got to work moving furniture, pulling up carpet and Laminate and putting drying equipment and evaporators in place. They had to leave the drying equipment at my home for several days and checked on the equipment every day. They do not miss a beat. I highly highly recommend this company for any kind of flood restoration. And Trent Taylor is the best along with his assistant Stephen.

We had a flood at our house and the staff at 1-800 was so easy to work with - they helped us clean up, store our things and remodel all while working with our insurance company.
