1 Point Contracting

We converted our garage into a bedroom. A quick and easy project as the manager told us. Scheduling was a headache. We asked for them to communicate in advance for the days they would be here, as we work hybrid schedules and aren’t home everyday. They would often only give us less than a days heads up, and we would scramble to alter our schedules. I eventually gave up with hoping for communication and asked them at the beginning of the week for the schedule. Still, they would still tell us they would be coming by in the next hour with nothing but that warning. They left so many things unfinished. During the walkthrough, we pointed out that the door didn’t have a knob, the stairs weren’t stain or finished, among other things. They became extremely defensive and told us ‘doorknobs weren’t

They did an awesome job with our 1972 condo that needed some TLC. We started with one job, and we decided to do a few others after seeing the first completed job. Great to work with, attention to details and reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
