1 South Lower Wacker Garage - ParkABM

Could not find it, despite trying for 25 min and was very late for my appointment. Requesting a refund for my unused parking pass. Do not book this unless you know where it is beforehand.

Impossible to find the entrance. Wasted 50min drive back and forth lower wacker. And most of the spaces were “reserved”

Literally been stuck in this garage twice for 30+ minutes after events at civic opera house. Even with free parking I’ll never park here again. Navigating here isn’t an issue for me.

This Google Maps experience in downtown Chicago was terrible. We wanted to go to a parking faciliyty at 1 S Lower Wacker, but Google Maps directed us to Upper Wacker, from which there was no way to access the parking. No matter how many times we reentered our lower Wacker destinstion, Google Maps kept saying to go to upper Wacker. After 1/2 hour if this we ran out of time to go to a Lyric Opera performance, and had to park at another location for $61. That in addition to the $19 I had already paid to reserve the lower Wacker garage.

Very few public spaces. The ones that are there are very tight up against a wall. Plenty of nice open spots that are “reserved”.
