1-Tom-Plumber was awesome! Matt, the plumber who came was great! A water valve started leaking in our garage and we had no hot water…all this at 6pm the night before the ice storm. I called several plumbers and 1-Tom-Plumber was the only one that could come that night. Matt was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Super reasonable pricing too!

Outstanding service! Jordan Brown arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and had our office fixed within an hour! He was professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. We truly appreciate the quick response and quality service- highly recommend this company!

These guys were great. Joshua Jones did our fix. Very fast, polite, and professional. For the record, this review precedes my second call to them. I forgot to give them the review they deserved after my first call. If a place is your go-to for a service, they deserve a good review. That said, I'm gonna need y'all to not blow them up. If they get too popular, the wait times might get bad. 😁

I am so happy I decided to call 1 Tom Plumber! Aaron was absolutely perfect. They even came out on a weekend, explained everything clearly, and got the issue cleared out in no time. The price was very reasonable—especially considering the headache of not being able to use the toilet. I will definitely use them again and refer them to all of my friends… but hopefully we won’t need them anytime soon!
