We received designs and quotes from 3 different companies for our pantry and primary closet. The design done by Alexis at Closet Factory was superior to the others and their quote was competitive with the others. Alexis communicated well throughout the process and the installers did a great job.

My designer, Beth, was exceptional. Her diverse style and extensive knowledge of materials were invaluable to the project. She diligently listened to my requirements, provided excellent recommendations, and ensured that I was satisfied with the final designs. Despite my preference for a minimalist aesthetic, the results exceeded my expectations. Closet Factory's work was remarkable. They transformed the space, enhanced my overall feelings about it, and ultimately increased the usable space beyond my wildest dreams. My installer, Dee, was phenomenal. His exceptional skills and efficiency exceeded my expectations. He completed the project within the timeframe I had initially set, which was remarkable. I have had experience with other competing companies and will continue to recommend them.

This showroom is so beautiful! You get to see every finish, color, door, handle, hook, hanger, option and detail. The lighting options are fantastic! You get to touch and experience the product finishes and details. Examples of all kinds of spaces - not just closets - pantries, entertainment centers, garages, Murphy Beds, offices and more! So many storage solutions!

Closet Factory redo of my two master closets!! What an incredible experience!!! Their designer, Betsy Smith, was easy to work with and offered great suggestions which kept me within my budget!! The installer, Eddicson, was very professional and hard working! This experience was GREAT!!
