I have done many renovations on houses over the years, and Tia is the best contractor I've ever worked with. The addition of a new space and remodel of parts of my 1940's house combined was a challenging process, sometimes requiring adjustments to the original plan. Tia was a good listener and responsive to feedback and requests. The subs that she hired were talented and reasonably priced, and it was clear that Tina maintains positive and cooperative relationships with all of them. I would definitely hire Tia again--but I'm hoping this is my last house and last renovation! :-) I have already recommended her to several of my friends who are planning upgrades to their existing homes.

Tia and her crew never disappoint! We used them for our master bathroom remodel (shout-out to Stephen for the solid plumbing work) and were very pleased with the results. Ari Construction helped transform our laundry room from an open, typically messy space with this beautiful built-in cabinet. Tia communicated quickly and professionally in the planning process and got the job done quickly. The quality and sturdiness exceeded my expectations. She also didn’t try to upsell or make it more complicated than needed while still meeting all of our needs. Will definitely be using Ari for future projects!

ARI Residential…what can we say? This company under Tia Savage’s leadership provides top notch service in every aspect that we needed, complete remodel of 2 bathrooms, installing floors, painting, new deck and many miscellaneous tasks! PJ is the man, not a job he couldn’t do and did all with the highest quality. Darrell and Abby are fantastic painters! We felt very secure to leave our home while they worked. Just good, solid folks! I highly recommend ARI for any need! Already looking at the next projects! 😊
