We called because we were having issues with our old water heater. David and Felipe arrived on time and were able to diagnose, provide a quote, and resolve our issues the same morning. They replaced our water heater and ensured everything in our home was receiving hot water before leaving. Additionally, we appreciated the professionalism and that cleaned up everything before leaving. Would definitely recommend.

What a great company!. Customer service was really nice and they provide a fast appointment! David from 1-tom-plumber came to help us with a pipe that completely corroded. He was extremely professional and walked us through how he was going to fix the pipe. I like that he took the time to carefully explain everything and provided the price and a full breakdown of the price in writing before we agreed to the work. His work was fast and seemless and everything was perfectly clean afterwards. We will absolutely use him again in the future!!

I needed a separate spigot added to my water line on the outside of my house. David came by and was thorough and honest in his assessment. We had a great experience with 1-Tom Plumber. David installed a mixing valve for us and also fixed a valve with an impending leak. He did an excellent job, explained everything clearly, and even walked us through how our heating system works so we can better understand and troubleshoot it in the future.
