Floor Hop did a great job installing carpet on my bedrooms and on the stairs. The team was professional, clean, and on time. Steve was very helpful and the whole process was easy and fast. I highly recommend Floor Hop for carpet and flooring installations.

Really happy with my experience. The sales team ( Ruth ) was super patient and helped me pick out the perfect flooring without any pressure. They answered all my questions and made the whole process easy. The installers did a great job too — quick, clean, and the floors look awesome. I’m really pleased with how everything turned out. My husband and I needed a carpet asap before our furniture arrive. We went to Floor Hop and spoke with a nice gentleman and lady stated we can remove and replace in one day. Please select from one of the nice carpets on site but we decided to go with a different carpet that was in there other warehouse. They arrived at my house on Friday and removed the old carpet and place new one. Very professional and cleaned up nicely. We will definitely use Floor Hop again.
