We had an emergency since we were only in town for 1 day. We called 1 Tom Plumber for help. Ricky arrived shortly after to help us, and he was so professional and knowledgeable about all our questions and concerns. Thankfully our issue was resolved promptly. We truly appreciate the service and will be calling the company to request Ricky anytime we need plumbing help.

Ricky & Preston were outstanding! They were on time, friendly and professional. They came out for a blocked washer drain that another company had quoted us $6800 to replace. It ended up being a soft clog that they were able to clear quickly. Everything is working great. Excellent customer service! In the future we will use them for any plumbing needs.

Austin was great! He was very polite and professional. He got our garbage disposal fixed without any issue and made sure everything was running smoothly with no leaks. Will definitely call 1-Tom-Plumber for any future plumbing issues.

Ricky and Austin came out as soon as they could, they were friendly and very respectful. They did amazing and explained what was wrong and fixed are issue. They will definitely be are first call if we ever have any issues.
