I unfortunately have to corroborate the negative reviews posted on this page. I used Parkopedia / SpotHero to book time at the garage and followed the instructions. upon leaving the garage I rang the attendant as instructed, and let the gentleman know about the reservation. According to him, they don’t accept the service even though I paid for it… I parked here three other times in the last week using the online service and had no issues whatsoever, the attendants were quick to let me out and did not give me any trouble. I tried to get an explanation from the attendant about whether or not I could use this in the future, or what he wanted me to do if I ever wanted to park there again, and he just hung up. Only one exit is available for nonmembers. The ticket machine at that exit doesn't work most of the time. When I used the call button, the security guard was beyond rude. I've been parking there for over a decade, but I'll never park there again. Would give negative stars if I could

Extremely expensive, $7 for one hour, and most restaurants don't validate:(
