System didn't recognize the credit card, so I had to use another credit card to pay and ended up paying $125 in place of early bird payment of $14. However, the Customer Care representative returned my call within a few hours after I called and left a voice message and suggested me to provide the details and credit card details by email to process the refund. I received an email from the Customer Care Support Team this morning to confirm the refund. I am quite impressed with their prompt support! I would love to park my vehicle every time I visit this part of downtown!

NEVER PARK HERE!!! Any kind of scan in reservation will screw you over. I used Spot Hero to get in. Once my reservation expired, I started a new one. However, upon exiting, the new QR code did not work. I called for help and showed the Russian or Ukrainian bald man at the gate my Spot Hero receipts but he insisted I needed the old QR code (which was not available anymore) or pay an extra $33 on top of what I already spent for both reservations. He even went as far as to repeatedly and aggressively smack my hand and phone when I tried scanning it on the other side, since I paid for the reservation already. Once I finally was able to scan it after he smacked me multiple times, he promised I would be billed because they have cameras. GREAT!!! Then I can show the police me coming in with the

Security guard has the energy of a toll troll who crawled out of a concrete dungeon. Zero help, all attitude. I had valid reservations and was trying to scan to exit, and instead of assistance, the interaction escalated and became inappropriate. Would not recommend parking here, and definitely don’t expect help after 5pm. (Image is a satirical illustration and not an actual depiction of any employee.)

DO NOT park here if you’re going to Bally’s, the sign is INCREDIBLY misleading. Although it’s directly across the street & has Bally’s parking written on bottom of the parking sign in blue, it is not free or discounted in any way! And pushing the help button will get you nowhere either, the attendant is not helpful

Nevin was the MOST helpful person I’ve come across during my stay in Chicago. He helped me out 3 separate times to make sure I was able to park. He was so patient and so kind to me when I felt super lost. As a manager of people, I wish I had a team of Nevins, he is amazing!
