Extremely expensive and misleading pricing. Anything beyond 80 minutes is charged at the full daily rate of $43, which feels completely unreasonable. The rates were only posted at the pay station, not at the garage entrance, so you have no way to review or agree to the pricing before entering. Overall, this garage feels like a trap for people unfamiliar with parking options near South Station. If you don’t already know where else to park, expect to overpay with no recourse.

EV drivers looking to charge, forget it. It will tell you there are two free chargers but that’s just because they’ve blocked them in with other vehicles. When I arrived, the garage was overflowing. They were parking cars perpendicular behind rows of already double parked cars. Total mess. The attendants must have played major car shuffle to get everyone out of there. I’m sure they’re careful but it’s also a recipe for disaster. I would avoid this place. On top of all of this, it cost $43 for 4 hours. Total robbery.

TLDR I parked for less than an hour, and the valet tore the leather on my steering wheel. I've contacted claims, and they're denying anything happened. DO NOT PARK HERE if don't want it to be damaged. -- When I pulled into this garage, I was told I could find self-parking on L3. Alright, I pull down to L3. I was stopped by a gruff man who insisted that the garage was valet only. I was running late, so I said fine. I left my car with him, handed him my keys and went inside. I come back less than an hour later, and the leather on my steering wheel had been torn, as if the valet had something sharp (keys??) in his hand at the time of driving it. I didn't notice until I left the facility. I contacted Claims, and I was told that as soon as the vehicle leaves the property, they cannot tell how

I got my parking through spot hero so I’ll try not to focus on my disappointment with them in using this garage. The attendant was so helpful because the spot hero instructions said for me to go get my ticket validated from a security member and that isn’t the case. I just had to give my ticket then scan my spot hero QR code. However I had two separate bookings since spot hero doesn’t allow in and out and I was leaving for the airport. So I had to pay the full parking fee to get out because the machine was not reading my spot hero QR. the attendant helped me with that and I hope I’m getting my refund from spot hero!

11$ not bad, but other confusing info had us thinking we were about to pay $40…signs were confusing causing wrong direction on ramp and scuffed rim. that combined with reentry being so restricted that even with the poor directions from the front desk pa we got locked out in the rain for an extra trip around the block… will avoid visiting Boston in the future. 👎
