SCAM ALERT! We had a very bad experience here. We booked on SpotHero, with the model and license details. When exiting the garage, we were asked to pay an additional $10 for oversized vehicle charge. When we said that our booking included that, we were rudely told to just pay up the $10 and take it up with the app, or be ready to leave the car behind. We tried to show our reservation to the attendant but he again threatened to cancel and not let us take our car. We paid and later contacted SpotHero. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this garage. I want to rate it less than 1 star.
