100 West 44th Street

I visited the garage today ,at 11am they had cars parked on entrance ramp with only one lane open to pulled in. They yelled at me for trying to pull up where the stop here sign was. The guy who yelled was the only at the cashier in the office. He cursed as me in Spanish so I decided to pull out and leave. The entire staff were yelling in Spanish calling me names. Hope they all get fired. Plus they are scamming the business I saw taking cash for front spots. Attached is proof of what I saw taking cash. Look at all the bad reviews. Fire the staff. They are scamming the owner as well

I pre paid for parking for the week of new years. Get there and they tell me I cant park there unless I pay 120 cash for oversize fee even though my pre paid already had an oversize fee. Employees took advantage of the holiday and out of town people.

To whom this concerns, I’d like to report an issue that occurred at this parking garage. I had a scheduled appointment for 4:00pm. Upon reaching the location, the line was backed up into the street, not knowing that they also had another entrance/exit on the opposite side of the block. I only went to this entrance because ParkWhiz stated this to be the location of the garage. It took 40 minutes before we were attended to by a parking attendant. I understood that it was close to time square and surrounding holiday festive landmarks like Bryant Park and Rockefeller Center, so I just dealt with it and didn’t pay no mind. The real issue was when I returned. We are very meticulous with our things and our vehicle doesn’t have a single scratch. Upon returning to the vehicle it is a habit of mine

Today “Charles” hit my sister with our car as he accelerated backward after parking our car at the exit when we were ready to leave. I thought he’d backed into a curb because of the loud noise but turns out that was my sisters hip. A worker commented “it wasn’t even that loud” afterward and the actual driver acted so confused as to why hitting my sister was an issue. They also couldn’t refund us and said we’d have to come back the next day. Love a car park that commits battery and acts like it’s nbd.

Went to pick up our vehicle yesterday and it had a completely flat (side puncture) back tire. The attendant who brought it to us didn't even tell us it was flat and he was standing in front of it he just stood there waiting for a tip. Not one person that worked there offered to help or adjust our price. Their main goal was moving our vehicle out of their way. Will not use this garage again!
