Best solutions and service! I recently had a platform elevator installed to assist my brother and mother. The solution, product, workmanship was outstanding. We now have a solution to safely assist them both, not only with routine outings/appointments but also in the event of an emergency. I highly recommend this team, from initial contact, sales, design, installation and admin. All went very well, better than expected and all the team worked with me on timelines due to me having to get preparation work performed before the install. I wish I could give 101 Mobility 10 stars. From the very first phone call with Virginia to the final installation with Eli, this company has gone above and beyond. I needed a chair lift installed on very short notice and Virginia was able to squeeze in a home evaluation the next day. Rodney was right on time, measured everything and took photos. He gave me and estimate on the spot with no upsell pressure, just what I asked for. Virginia (or Terry) was able to schedule my installation just in time for my wife’s homecoming so she could access the upstairs. Eli arrived right on time and was very professional every step. Sales representative was not a hard sell and easy to work with. November 5th, 2025, installation was professional and installer knew the answer to every question asked. Installation was done in under 4 hours, including training. Training was thorough and easy to understand. We would recommend this company.

We had a rocky start, but the experience completely turned around once Rusty came out to install our pool lift. We are very happy with the lift itself—it’s easy to use, straightforward, and exactly what we needed. Rusty installed it in a great location that’s both fully accessible and not too prominent. While he was here, he also took the initiative to figure out how we could safely use the lift for our hot tub as well, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated bonus. It is what we wanted the entire time! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, and he answers questions clearly and confidently right in the moment.
