105 Duane St Garage

I will NEVER PARK HERE AGAIN!!!! I prepaid for parking and after scanning my reservation he said I owe $15. I simply asked why and he was so incredibly rude. He shrugged his shoulders and pointed in the air. He asked the kind of vehicle I had and when I said Range rover his response was simple " Thats why". He walked away. He moved every car in the garage very aggressively and even ran a Tesla on the curb. When he retrieved my vehicle I asked if his name was on the receipt he ignored me and walked away so I took a picture of him so I could reference who he was when filing a complaint woth his management. He said I was in private property took a picture of me , my vehicle and plate and told me, a paying customer yo leave orhe would call yhe police. I told him not until I take a picture of t

I would not park here - Pedro was incredibly frustrating to deal with as it already indicated that we had paid for an Oversized vehicle fee and he was trying to up charge and add an additional fee even though we had pre paid for the vehicle - pretty predatory and frustrating to add a junk fee when we actually already paid for it. I would reconsider your choices for parking in the area - also it clearly showed that this was a valid screenshot with all of the information needed to process something with the matching Vehicle ID, Fees, and that we had already paid for it.

Absolute miserable attendant whose goal seemed as if to make everyone else just as miserable. I need garage parking few time a month for an apt nearby and you couldn't pay me to park here.

Below standard, these car park guards are just amateurs who don't treat others well, are tyrannical and uptight. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If you want your car to be in top condition, don't go to this parking lot. It's as tight as a sardine can. They play with cars like puzzle pieces. Advice: stay away from this place

If I can give it 0 stars I would. This place is highway robbery. 40 for an hour?!? AND their credit card machine kept malfunctioning and wouldn’t take my transit credit card and the disgruntled attendant was argumentative that it’s not his problem their card machine doesn’t take a credit card. Mind you I just came from another parking garage reasonably priced with no issue to process payment. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
