Damaged my car and let me leave without informing me. We I called they explained that since I didn’t point out the damage before leaving they could not be held responsible
Charge an over size car $10 when my car is a Lexus nx 300. That’s the size of a regular car. And no other garage call my car oversized The guy had a smirke knowing what he was doing wasn’t right and the next customer also. Avoid this garage
I was wrongfully forced to pay a $10 "oversize vehicle" upcharge even thought I had a prepaid Spothero reservation. My car is a 2022 BMW X4, a midsize SUV, hardly an oversize vehicle. This garage is a rip off. Avoid at all costs unless you drive a Smart car.
