My best friend and I used this parking garage for a show at Babys Alright, since there was no parking nearby on the street when we got there. It was very close so we thought itd be a good option. Regular car parking was $17 for 12 hours, suv was a little more and van was $40 for 12 hours. We had a pickup truck, so he told us $40. We informed him it would only be a few hours, and sure enough in 3 hours we were back to get the vehicle. I asked if we could pay a little less since we were there 3 hours, not 12. He said no, and the price for him parking our vehicle is $40, while pointing at the sign. Technically, the price for trucks is not on the sign. Either way, he could've at the very least taken $10-$20 off for only being there 1/4 of the time we paid for. Since I see other reviews mention

The attendant was rude and blamed me for him not asking for my keys. He went through my belongings without permission(which is illegal), tried to charge me 50$ for the 30 min I was gone, then even asked for a tip. He's lucky I'm not suing him and the parking garage. "Fourth Amendment right: They are not authorized to search your vehicle or belongings without a valid warrant or your consent."

I Noticed price was $19 for large vehicles for 12 hours. I informed the representative of this garage that I’d only be parked there a few hours and I asked him how much it would cost. He quoted me $40.Upon my dissatisfaction with the price he dropped it to $30. I didn’t realize that this was a negotiation. I expressed that it was only for a few hours yet he was completely ignoring my questions and was just insisting on $30 price saying that I will never find parking in the area with my large vehicle. Meanwhile his sign said $19 for 12 hours. I left and found parking even closer to my destination so don’t let this guy push you around or take advantage. Zero professionalism .

Booked and paid ahead of time online. They told me they had no idea what I was talking about, and would only park the car for me if I paid again and gave him at least a twenty dollar tip. Do not park here.

The guy working there today kept shamelessly asking for a tip. It was so annoying. He said it at least three times. First time, while exiting our car. I said “OK” but he couldn’t wait. Second time, while I was putting stuff into our car. Third time, he asked my husband for the tip. Dude, seriously, let us put our baby into the car first since it’s over 90 degrees out. He finally shut up after my husband gave him $5 and we managed to load the car in peace. I selected this parking garage from Spot Hero out of convenience in location, but for others - if you’re comparing prices from the app, don’t come here since they’ll be demanding you pay more in “tip”.
