When we returned to the car, we found that two windows were open, even though I had carefully checked before leaving that all the windows were closed. In addition, another person confirmed that the car had been fully closed. This raises serious concerns about the security of this parking lot. Also, the entrance and exit are very unsafe — visibility is nearly zero because of the steep incline and decline. This creates a high risk of accidents. I would like to warn other drivers to be extremely cautious when using this parking lot.

For 41h parking 90$. That's definitely too much and cheeky.

Garage forces you to pay extra to leave, this is deceptive. Just charge the full price on entry.

If I could give zero stars I would! I was just trapped in the garage for 20 minutes and no one would let me out. I told 2 different Customer service people, I had accidentally left my credit card and had cash or tap to pay. They told me they would contact the manager, took my info and left me on hold. After a while, they just hung up. When I called the number on the ticket to speak with the manager, he wouldn’t speak to me and just said I had to pay. Park at your own risk! There is no one present at the location to assist. They will keep you locked in the garage and not care.

If I could leave 0/10 stars, I would. The car in front of us was unable to pay to get out of the garage and motioned for us to switch lanes despite both being full, so the guest behind us got out of her car and asked if we wanted to move to the next available lane which we did. However, after scanning the ticket and card multiple times, nothing worked. After pushing the button for assistance, there was no response. At this point, all lanes wanting to leave were backed up and angry. And yet still no response from the assistance button. It even got to the point where the woman behind us had started to harass us. After finally receiving a response from the call button, we still received no help, as if the employees didn't know how to do their job. We were able to leave through a different lan
