112 Franklin Pearl Lot

Don't park here if you want to get home on time. I've parked at this lot several times with no issue, due to the near by ramp being full. I work in one of the nearby buildings, so this is the next best convenient option. I pay for 12 hours worth of parking, only to receive 2 text alerts that I was charged. Im a bit annoyed, but its only 14 dollars, and figure I'll deal with the double charge after my work day is over. Now, tell me why I walk out 8 hours later to a boot on my car? You mean to tell me I was double charged and I have a boot on my car? I immediately get to work calling customer support, because I do not want to be bullied into paying the 97 dollar fee. Unfortunately, you can't get through to any real human being. Every number sends you to a voicemail or automated messaging

One parking lot with two different QR code to pay. Ended up we paid for a wrong slot and got booted. That’s $96 penalty

The kiosk paid charges more than the posted sign rates, and does not give change. Use your phone to scan to pay through the web app. Otherwise fine lot.
