Horrible parking experience. The manager was so rude, i decided i did not want to park there. I asked him to help me pull the car out of the garage, but he wouldn’t help. When i pulled the car out, he was shouting on me ‘MOVE MOVE’ Edit: there was another gentleman when i parked there the first time. He was very nice to me. My review is not for all employees, just the one i dealt with today

Worst parking experience in Manhattan ever. No management of garage whatsoever. Head guy in the garage very rude. All attendants over-worked and never answer phone. Even if they do answer the phone, they never have your car ready when you get there. You can wait 20 minutes getting your car out or even having it parked upon return. Then they didn't credit payment for 3 months and there is no one to call.

Worst parking experience, no entry sign, and the worker are so rude and unprofessional. Ruined my day
