11th and Oak Garage

It's a parking garage so does what it's supposed to. Kind of packed in and you can go round and round before you find a place. Took me about 15 minutes to get parked and back out on the street.

Parked here for a concert at the T-Mobile Center. It was about a 5 min walk, not bad at all. The staff member who helped us check in was super nice. Event parking was $20. We got there early so there was still a lot of parking spots available. Coming back from the concert around 10:30 PM, it was well lit in the staircase and elevators. Good experience overall.

AVOID THIS GARAGE I live in the building next door, so paying for monthly parking is virtually unavoidable. But if you are coming downtown for an event, avoid this garage. Not only do they charge an astronomical rate for events (I've seen it as high as $40, which is $25 more than their daily rate of $15), but the workers also have the absolute worst attitude. For example, on Monday night, I pulled into the garage after work and the gates lifted after their "technology" recognized my license plate. Tuesday, my car stayed in the garage all day. Wednesday morning, their system recognized my license plate but said my car was already outside. I tried my access card as well - same message. HOW??! So, I got the attention of the attendant, and she promptly started accusing me of letting other peo

Beware if you park at the outdoor lotat 12th & Broadway. They ask to pay through a very complex online process. Then they charge you a fee for using a credit card, eventhough, it's the only payment they accept. That wasn't so bad, but even after sending a payment receipt and another email - they place citations on vehicles. The fine is double the parking fee. When you call to dispute the "ticket", they tell you go online to appeal. For $5 more, I could have done valet parking at the event, which I will do next time.

Very hard to find an empty space even though we have a parking pass.
