Not worth it. Valet pickup means you'll spend at least 30 minutes waiting for it even after you pay and they add some up charges for trucks and SUVs. Go find another self park lot

They were nice when we dropped off the car but when we picked it up they tried to charge us more than they were supposed to. We had a Days Inn coupon that saved us almost 1/2 of their ridiculous fee. After correcting him, he still tried to overcharge us. After getting the price down, I'm still not sure we were charged correctly! Watch it

People who work here are dirtbags, they make you pay a non refundable application fee directly into their pocket when they’re aware there’s a spot open. Additionally, I wasn’t informed until AFTER I was charged that I would not have 24/7 access to my vehicle. Stay away from here.

Don't go to this place. Attendant was rude and I was overcharged.

Horrible experience, paid $23 to park for only 45 minutes when there was a sign stating the price would be $12 for parking under an hour. The place keeps all car keys in a drawer that constantly opens wide, letting anyone have an opportunity to steal those keys. Also, the amount of people waiting around to get there car keys is drastic, no one should be waiting 30 minutes to be able to get to their car. All around, this place is shady and needs to be shut down. There are other places in Chinatown where you could park that are cheaper and better.
