STAY AWAY. STOLE MY MONEY. Paid in advance online for 24 hour time slot, drove 6 hours to the parking lot with no space. For some made-up reason they cannot cancel or refund for any reason even if they did not have your pre-paid space available. Such a shady company, how are you unable to issue a refund if i have used 0 of your time/resources and paid online with a credit card? Considering i spent $50 in advance i expected a single parking space to be available, is that too much to ask from a company that runs solely on providing a parking space? They will take your money with no hesitation and just hope that there is a spot available, as they have absolutely no idea how many people have paid for a spot.
