I had an appointment for a medical procedure. I ,therefore, booked and prepaid for parking at this lot. Even though I explained to the lot representative of the importance of my being at the medical facility on time they refused to accept my prepaid reservation because at”the lot is full” . While arguing with the agent a customers car pulled out and I asked if I could park in that spot. They refused!! Heartless and unreliable!

I accidentally took my key with me when I parked here because the attendants were rushing me to go, and when I returned 20 minutes later the little old man started to yell at me about it and told me that my mind is on 10%. I told him that he can’t speak to me like that and asked him to go get my car. He sped the car up to the street level and stormed off…okay.

The attendant was extraordinarily rude and disrespectful. Making me back up on a hill and I scratched my tire reem. To make it all worse, I have a regular Mercedes car and he was trying to rip me off and charge me as an oversized vehicle. The worse experience I ever had so avoid this place at all costs.

Scammers! they’ll hit you with hidden fees. If your car is over 181 inches (which most are), they’ll charge you an extra $20. Totally misleading!!! Just paid $72 for 4 hours in sedan.

I parked my car here one night while I was at my company Christmas party. You would assume if you parked your vehicle at a valeted parking lot that your vehicle would be safe or if they damaged it they'd do the rite thing. Absolutely not. They side swiped my car and have been refusing to pay for any of the damages. After hounding them for almost TWO MONTHS they agree to pay. The best part is they're refusing to give me their insurance information so I can file a claim, they want to pay me directly but are only offering me 15% of what it actually cost to repair the car. I would rather park at a bus stop and pay a ticket over parking here ever again. PLEASE save yourself the headache and spend your money somewhere else, where they actually care about the service they provide.
