Drove into the city today from several hours away for a a college visit for our daughter. We arrived eight to ten minutes earlier than what our reservation was for. The attendant came out to our car and before I even showed him our reservation, told us we were in the wrong place (which we were not). Then, even though the parking garage was mostly empty, told us that we had to leave and drive around for 10 minutes and then re-enter. I would have been fine paying a little more if necessary. The whole time he was yelling this. I did not try to argue with him since he was already in a heighten state. Not the best way to introduce our soon to be college student to Chicago.

The worst parking ever no clear, visible sign no attendant at site. When I approached the voice from the machine indicated it is a private parking for Palmer house only so I got confused since there was no sign and the phone app didn’t scan either I ended up paying $40 next self park to get to where I had to be don’t use this lot you will regret. They suck
