This is a scam garage, avoid at all costs. I entered at 12:31am on Saturday morning and exited at 2:39am Sunday morning. I should have been charged 2x $12 overnight and 1x $12 weekend day fees, but the machine asked for $55. Office was unresponsive.
Booked this through Parkwhiz. Tried to use this kiosk as directed, but there's no ticket coming out. Called for assistant numerous times, no answer.
Find another more reliable garage if possible. Showed up on a SpotHero reservation and got stuck in a line for 25 mins only to find out the entry machine was broken. Missed half an hour of Book of Mormon which we had paid hundreds of dollars to see.
Horrible- tried to get back to my car at 9:30pm and every single entrance door to the garage was locked
It's tight, but a great and secure location. I used a parking app and got a good weekend deal. Secure 24 hour access.
