Team did a great job sanding, staining, and refinishing our hardwoods. Great communication before, during, and after the work was completed. Even helped us to find a stain color for our floors by custom blending a few different shades to get the exact look we were going for. Highly recommend 12th and Oak.

When we bought our dream house/fixer upper, we knew the floors needed refinishing. They were not in good condition or in our favorite color. The floors had spots where the finish was worn through and the bare floors were getting damaged. We also had deep dents, scratches and area rug fading. We chose 12th and Oak because of a family recommendation and I am so thankful that we did. I was worried that some of our damaged areas would be too deep for Izral to sand down smooth, but because of his expertise and attention to detail the floors are perfectly smooth! In one area with the worst damage I thought a little wood filler might be needed on one of the oak boards and Izral took care of it without even being asked. Izral and his crew did an amazing job with the floors in our new to us house! We had our entire downstairs redone - existing hardwood refinished, new unfinished hardwood put down, and everything stained to match. They also installed hardwood on our stairs and upstairs hallway. From the get go Izral was up front and communicative about the full process. We met with other floor vendors before deciding and none were as thorough as him. We loved that he uses his own crew alongside himself working and they did a great job cleaning up, we wouldn’t of even known they were there once it was done. Because we hadn’t moved in yet, he kept us updated every day on progress and the timeline. It was worth every penny and we highly recommend! A month later and we still can’t get over how great they look.
