Had a wonderful experience with Freedom Wildlife Solutions & Pest Control- the team was able to help me (humanely!!) evict raccoons from my attic, seal it up, and do remediation services (sanitize/new insulation) in the space. Most importantly the team was incredibly professional and easy to work with- they always informed me when the were en-route (very accurately) and when the snow/ice storms delayed parts of the process everyone was very communicative and helpful in the reschedule process. I’m not an expert in removing raccoons but I do know stellar customer service and they delivered. Thank you to my fantastic techs Chris, David, Matthew, and Daniel as well as the whole Freedom team.

Can not say enough good things about this company! Wow! They were excellent from start to finish. They explained thoroughly everything they would do, how long it would take and which days they would be coming out. Matthew, Daniel and Chris were absolutely terrific. The guys were knowledgeable and kept checking in with us to let us know what they were doing as they moved through attic and rooftop. They were very organized and clean. Terrific guys!! David, Matthew, and Daniel did an excellent job at resolving our bat issue and our rodent issue. They came to the house multiple times checking to make sure everything was resolved and did not stop until we had no more issues with bats are rodents. These gentlemen were professional and did a great job. They were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend. Freedom, wildlife solutions and pest control for any of pest control or wildlife needs. We were so impressed. We signed up for the monthly pest control service. We look forward to being in good hands and being taken care of by a company and employees that genuinely care.

Freedom Wildlife helped us remove squirrels from our attic after months of us finding bits of insulation in our yard, shrubs and driveway. We had no idea why it was happening and ultimately they helped us by identifying squirrels in the attic. They set traps and efficiently and kindly removed the squirrels to re-release them far from our home. David and Chris installed a metal shield around our roofline to prevent them from re-entering and they were very kind and helpful. We appreciate the team at Freedom Wildlife for their customer service.
