They close after a certain time or on holidays, so be warned that just because you park there, doesn’t mean you can get out. There’s tiny print on the sign that mentions their hours, which is when we thought you could enter, NOT that you are locked after this time. There is no clear warning that you WILL get trapped. We managed to get into the building and tried to get out by paying with a credit card, and the machine ate our card. We were also charged $10 over what the maximum rate was listed on the sign. Luckily, we were able to call and an employee came to fix the machine, return our card, and let us out. Honestly, don’t know what we would have done without him. He gets 5 stars. Pretty solid garage. The pedestrian exits are tough to navigate so I usually just walk out the car entry/exit.

It is a very nice ramp, with a contactless QR code scanner. Makes the parking process very easy. Ramp is usually not too busy so you’re able to get in and out very quickly. I use this ramp for Wild Games. Can’t go wrong with parking that is much cheaper than rivercentre. Plus, no stairs!

The guy who was sleeping when I pulled up rang up my ticket at 10 bucks. I gave him a 20 and he started talking about looking at the event time. I said I am leaving. I'm not here for the event and it says 10 dollars. He said that he was going to charge me event price of 18 now. I'm thinking he is putting it in his pocket.

They don't advertise the ramp closes at midnight and your car will be stuck there until 7am. And charge you for it. Be nice IF there was CLEARLY marked signs hours of operation. Choose a different ramp folks.
