132 E 35th St Garage

I live in the building attached to the garage and when I moved in got a space in the lot. The whole ordeal lasted 3 weeks. In the 3 weeks they scratched the car 3 times and then the attendant says talk to the manager on Monday. When I go to speak with the manager on Monday, he claims it didn't happen there but all three areas show white paint just like they paint in the garage,

Wish I could give zero stars. Booked a day ahead on the SpotHero app and arrived to a locked up garage and a very rude employee stating that the garage was full and that I needed to leave or he would call the police. Called SpotHero and they refunded my money. My advice is to go around the corner to another garage on Lexington ave.

One of the most unorganized garages in the city. The is only 1 individual working at all times which takes 30 to 45 mind to get your car. Even when calling up to an hour prior to arriving to the garage to have your car ready, no one picks up. I never wrote a review for anything, but I rather people stay away from a headache

The guy that was working tonight was extremely rude. It’s just sad when you go to any establishment - and you are paying for it and people still decide to treat you like garbage. Not cool. Not professional.

Live in the building attached and this place starts loud construction at 7:30 AM. Ridiculous. Giving 1 star to add to the already low ratings.
