1320 N Front St Parking

The parking area was a 6 min walk from the apartment I rented for 4 days. To ensure I didn't have any issues I paid for parking even if I wasn't there. $81.00. Not great but considering Philadelphia is limited on street parking Not bad

Worst parking lot experience thus far in Philadelphia. Long after I paid for spothero they erroneously slapped a sticker on my vehicle which is now very difficult to remove, even despite the help of their employee. Very very annoying to pay for parking and still have this experience , avoid at all costs!!

Submitted a formal complaint against Park America, Inc. for this location. Unprofessional staff member running the booth and not following parking procedures , despite paying in advance through ParkWhiz for the day. I was told he was "praying" at the booth(he blocked the entrance) and no spots were available. His solution was to allow me to park in a handicap spot for a few hours only.

There are two listings for this lot, so I'm posting my review on both. I just saw an article about the area that reminded me I never posted my experience. Unfortunately my car was broken into about a month ago here, it doesn't appear they have any regular active security. I walk past often during the week and they rarely have someone here, I'm assuming when a local event is occurring. I'm not sure what you're paying for if the lot isn't secured and there isn't staffed security.

Park at your own risk. I literally walk to my car to find two Honda Accords, both from out of state, have their wheels completely taken off overnight. The attendant really needs to do more in terms of security here.
