Gary's great. I had him service my Navien combi unit. He didn't play games with pricing like some past guys I've used. He also didn't try to sell me on unnecessary parts replacements like my old guy. He pointed out some things in my set up that he didn't love but said replacing them at the moment wasn't a must. He was very knowledgeable about the unit and the pricing was fair. He's my new Navien guy.

Gary did install a Navien combi boiler in my house. He's so passionate about his work. He's an excellent plumber who cares about his clients. I would definitely recommend him for all installations and repairs.
