Avoid this garage at all costs! My family and I had an absolutely disgraceful experience here. As we returned our Zipcar and tried to take our belongings out, the attendant aggressively yelled at us to hurry up—even though my wife and one-year-old child were still in the car trying to get out. There were no cars behind us at all, so there was absolutely no reason for the rush. To make matters worse, two other attendants hovered over us, huffing and puffing, making the situation even more uncomfortable. The situation could have easily escalated further, which is completely unacceptable. I hope corporate management will reach out to us regarding this experience. I strongly recommend staying far away from this place until corporate rectifies the situation. Shameful!

I parked here through a Spot Hero reservation I had made over a week in advance. When I arrived, the attendant was laughing and speaking in a heavy accent that they are “too full”. I told him I had a reservation for this time and date. He said they turned away other people today with a reservation. Finally after 15 minutes of back and forth, and finally saying; “I’m confused. Am I parking here or not?” He had me pull my car forward and checked in my car. I genuinely couldn’t tell if the attendant was serious this whole time or was intentionally messing with me. On the parking slip it says to call 20 minutes ahead of pick up. When I did, it was the same attendant who exclaimed, “You want your car today?!? In 20 minutes!?” I said yes, because that’s what the paper says to do. I gave it a 2

DO NOT PARK HERE. Pathetic excuse for service. We parked for 6 nights and somehow exceeded the daily maximum rate, which resulted in a total that put us $100 over the original estimate. It also took the attendant nearly an hour to get out of the garage. At first, he could not locate our car, so my husband found it in 3 mins after deciding to look in the garage himself - then the attendant had blocked the exit of the garage with 3 cars, so we had to wait another 20 mins to exit the garage. No one answers the phone either, so you can’t even call ahead to prepare.

Dropped off the vehicle for a week of cruise vacation. Keys have to leave with the Staff in order for them to move to other spots in the building. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Parking lot is about 15mins walk to the cruise terminal and we saved quite a bit of money. It was overall a pleasant experience.

Shocking customer service with only 1 guy who has an idea what is going on. And there is never anyone where! Always have to wait for a long time. Decided to leave after a couple of months. Do not park here, even if it’s 50$ a month. They even managed to scratch a rim on two parts of the wheel and the manager is never around to solve anything. Would have given this place 0 stars if it were an option.
