Charged me 2x. $37 on my debit card , and also through the app $13, these ppl are straight up stealing money. I asked them for a refund of my money. The dude said he already charged that I could call through cops if I want, and he is not going to, so anything. Do not even try to park in this place

The lot attendant is abrasive and rude. Turns me away when he feels like it and not according to the lot being full. I work until 11:30pm I made a reservation that allows me to leave at 12 am. He says he closes at 11:45pm. Today he tried to charge me an oversized car fee for the first time since I been parking there. At first he said $15 and I refused so he said his boss would charge me $6. I left the lot and I will follow up with his boss. It’s always an unpleasant experience but this lot is the most affordable near my job. I drive a Lexus 2002 rx 300.

I’ve never had an issue here, the morning attendant always greets me with a smile and always accommodates me. I have an suv and never been charged oversized fee.

Had the exact same experience as the other reviewer. Made a reservation and the attendant came out swinging with unnecessarily rude behavior, shouting, etc. acting like I was the one who did something wrong. Stop taking reservations if you’re lot is full

Rude staff, charged me over the price I was told upon coming in before 6am. Would never recommend or come back here. I’ve never been charged as much as $71 for the whole day!
