The parking guy turned off my car's headlight and did not tell me,or turned it back on. I drove onto I-495 to realize I was in complete darkness. I don't usually drive a gas car so didn't know where the headlight button was. Drove on highway all the way home w/o headlight. Lucky to be alive. Screw the service.

Extremely unacceptable with only one staff in the whole garage they will leave an abandoned in their customers. I came to pick up my vehicle and had to wait during business hours With a note that says I’ll be back if you’re running a business that’s extremely unacceptable. You don’t know what people have going on in their personal life. I could’ve had an emergency and needed my car immediately very unacceptable and there was no apology or understanding from the worker.

Ok so here’s my story .. I started parking in Alpha in 2023 (on and off sometimes I go to another lot or sometimes I find street parking) because it’s convenient (2min walking distance from my office) and very affordable ($3 cheaper than the other lot I park in sometimes) from the very start I was blown away by the unprofessionalism and rudeness one of the attendants who I no longer see (a short man of Spanish, Mexican or Philippine decent) all because I asked if it was necessary to keep both front windows down as the car holds the garage smell. He immediately got offensive and told me I can go somewhere else and if I decided to leave my car there he would spit in it. I parked here for a concert at the Irving plaza. It seemed simple at first. I used the Parkwhiz website to purchase my spot before my concert and paid before arriving. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a younger employee. He took down my number I was given on the website after payment and said I was good to go after handing him my keys. He said i just need to show my code again to retrieve my car. By the way, this garage closes at 10 unfortunately, so I had to leave my concert early to retrieve my car. When I returned to the garage, I was greeted with a different, older employee. He had just finished returning a car to a different customer before I got his attention. I promptly showed the QR code I was given on the website and immediately denies me claiming I must need a written card with th

Been parking in manhattan 3-5 days a week at various lots for years and this may take the cake as the worst customer service ever. The attendant said something to me I didn’t completely understand and as I asked questions to figure it out he decided I was being rude and refused me service. Was not trying to be rude, obvious misunderstanding ended with him cursing at me. Had to cancel my booking and go to another lot after saying five words to the guy. RUN AWAY FROM THIS LOT
