AVOID parking garage at all costs. We prepay $28 to park at the garage from 8:45--5pm heading to museum of natural history. We arrive 9:05 am. We return around 3pm. Upon return, The parking garage tacks on an additional $30 and they refuse to give back the car until the balance is paid. He says he can’t change the computer and that it will come out of his paycheck. Absolutely horrible experience here.

Terrible experience parking here. We booked a spot using the Park Mobile system for $30. They charged us an additional $30 because we came in 15 minutes after our time started, even though this was not indicated anywhere when we reserved the spot. Don’t use this place - plenty of other garages in the area.

We had a great and seamless time at this parking garage yesterday! We took advantage of their Early Bird special, parked at 9:35 am and returned at 6:00 pm. Paid the early bird rate without any problem. We had a question and called and the attendant responded with care. Attendants were cordial at pick-up and drop-off. Great place to park. Close to Central Park and the American Museum of Natural History.

Buyer beware! I have parked my motorcycle here countless times. At $25/day it's a great deal. Parked here last Friday and confirmed with the parking attendant the $25 rate since it's not posted. He said yes and I handed a healthy advance tip. I come back Monday to pick up the bike and am charged $189 for 4 days - $40/day! I ask the manager what's up since he was there and he screams that the rate is posted (which it is not). Then he lies like a five year old that he "doesn't know how to change the rate in the system". He was there when I dropped the bike off and remembers. Anyhow - no issue with the parking, just be warned about horrible business practices and dishonest staff.

Edwin is very aggressive. He pulled my car out and was trying to pay. His machine wasnt working and had to restart his computer taking 10 mins and resulting in an additional hour of parking charged. He took my car back until I paid for the additional hour which I tried to pay but he proceeded to help 3 other customers first then raced my car up the ramp.
