We entered through the clearly marked “Entrance.” No staff member was present, and since the gate was open, it was reasonable to assume we could proceed forward. Instead of professionally addressing the situation, staff ran after us yelling and shouting aggressively. The very first question we were asked was whether we speak English, which was completely inappropriate and irrelevant. We had a valid reservation and did nothing that justified being yelled at or spoken to in a raised, hostile tone. This level of behavior toward paying customers is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location

The convenience in having someone else parking the vehicle in a multi-level garage, combined with the central location was great. The process of buying online was easy and did make the process faster. The only negative was understanding what to do when you arrive, wasn't very clear. (What to do: You should have your email pulled up, get out of car and the attendant will scan that and give you a ticket that you keep and give back at the end)

No problem with valet. Good parking for the comedy club around the corner. Bought it online for around $20 at 8pm on a Saturday

Service is good, but we had food stolen out of our vehicle, which is quite disappointing.

A great parking lot — convenient and close to the city center.
