Signed a monthly contract that states the garage closes at 12:30am, But the guy at night continuously leaves early! Management doesn’t care to do anything about it! Always seems to be something with their night time workers

I went to dropped off my car there and the gate was closed. A guy walks over and says comeback tomorrow after 5:30am because the guy attendant did not showed up today and I am here because this is my shift and the garage is closed. Another lady goes but my car is inside and I need to get home.. he says comeback after 5:30am.. He let someone inside because he had a monthly arrangement. But no vehichle are allowed after 12 midnight.

This place is a rip off. They don’t take care of the community. Just a couple of months ago the manager let some people take three motorbikes out of they garage. And they don’t let ppl in after 12 am smh.
