Easy to park and pay from your phone. Good pricing. I saw security actively patrol the garage. Super close and convenient if you’re going to Boulder Theater

We were there on a Saturday. The garage is free on weekends. I am not sure how many levels of the garage has, but we went up to the second or third level.

AVOID IF YOU CAN. The management recently transitioned from a simple gate system to an absurdly dysfunctional mobile parking app. The previous gate payment system was simple, convenient, and functioned in a way that made parking fines impossible as you just pay when you leave. There was no need to keep a constant watch over your meter. The new system is essentially a scam that deliberately creates an environment ripe for parking fines where fines were impossible previously. I parked here for less than 15 minutes. I spent the entirety of that time trying to fiddle with your pathetic parking app until I got frustrated and left. Some weeks later I received a bill in the mail for 30$ with an attached picture of my car. I was sitting in the car fiddling with the parking app when the camera too

Love parking here!! It’s easy and convenient to pearl street. Once you have the app it just charges you automatically when you enter and leave, I appreciate not having to hassle with paying at the kiosk each time I go.

Location is perfect to walk and eat/ shop on pearl st. Loved that they offered free parking Saturday and Sunday. Didn't have any issues.
