Trash Valet service. Wildly overpriced for shitty service, I should've parked the damn car myself in this garage. The attendee tried to blame us for the key's battery being dead because "of the cold". There's no reason to lie if you didn't know where the car was, just be accountable. "I'm sorry for the wait, we're getting your car right now" goes a long way for customer experience. I'm pretty insulted that he would blatantly lie to my face when I could see the mini split in the same room they keep the car keys, there's no way the keys would be "cold". You guys need some customer service training for these antendees

Absolutely abysmal service. Bizarrely overpriced. After dropping my car off, I returned an hour later. I paid at the kiosk, and waited and waited. Watching people get their cars who came in after me, over and over again.None of the parking attendants seemed to even know where my car was. I kept asking. I waited for a little over 40 minutes. I finally had to threaten to call the police. Which is not something I do. After I mentioned the police, my car magically appeared. But it was like that Seinfeld episode where it smelled so bad inside. It smelled strongly of some kind of food. Did they use my car to deliver food? Did they lose my car? I’ll never know. Parking attendant trash talked me when I didn't pull fully up to the line (was 2 feet behind it with no one behind me). Then when retrieving my car tried to physically block me from getting in my car when I didn't tip. Insane behavior for an absurd price after parking for less than an hour.

Terrible. I paid through best parking app, showed the attendant when I first arrived and they still tried to charge me $41 on top of the 37$ I already paid for my two hours. I had to cry to get my car back while getting screamed at saying I was wrong. Don’t park here

I recently today had a horrible experience at this parking lot. I was told to not turn in to the spot without being told first however it was cars beeping their horns behind me and holding up traffic so I pulled in because it was available spot. The representative yelled at me I told you not to park yet And wrote his eyes and was very rude to me then proceeded to help the next customer. I believe it was because I was black, and the next customer was white, she was greeted nicely and I was being treated poorly. I would never suggest anyone park their car there not to mention my wallet was open and I had Between the seats, gladly nothing was stolen. Hopefully no one stole any information from me, but I will be replacing my cards just in case.
